Energy-pergola, which combines aesthetics, comfort, and sustainability, transforms Vespero into a unique restaurant in Tuscany, creating an exclusive ambiance, reducing the restaurant’s energy consumption, and transmitting ethical environmental values which are highly appreciated by customers.
Vespero Restaurant
Vespero [Vesper]: like the west wind, like the Greek God of the evening star, like twilight, that enchanting moment when day disappears and the landscape is painted with the poetic colors of sunset. Vespero is also the name of an exclusive restaurant in Piombino (Livorno), which opened just a few months ago and has already made a name for itself in the area, not only for its excellent food and wine, but also for its evocative location: a sheltered terrace overlooking the sea and the characteristic Marina di Salivoli.
The restaurant’s fresh fish dishes and vegetarian alternatives, all made with local, seasonal products, are all served in an inviting and exclusive outdoor dining room, protected and enhanced by a Gibus photovoltaic bioclimatic pergola with sliding windows.
“Being able to serve our customers in a magnificent natural setting, under a bioclimatic glass pergola, has been one of our driving ideas since the beginning,” says the co-owner Veronica Recchia. “We then integrated the added value of photovoltaic technology into this concept, transmitting our respect for the environment, which is also highly appreciated by all our customers.”
