The constructive peculiarity of this private residence located near Paris is the internal garden: positioned in the center of the building, it’s visible from all the rooms of the house. Because of this layout, the garden area suffered from the high temperatures of the French capital’s continental climate, especially in the summer because it was not cooled by the wind and no air conditioning installation could be installed. It was essential to find an alternative solution, which the customer found in installing Gibus sun awnings; that solution was able to lower the temperature both in the yard and in the rooms of the house.
The house owner wanted to find a product with a design suitable to match the minimal and modern style of the building. The installation of the product has considerably increased the comfort in the garden area and the house which is now perfectly shaded and comfortable even in the summer.
