The initial need of the owner of this splendid house was to find an alternative to louvered sunshades for his wellness room where there is a sauna and Turkish bath. In addition to sun protection, it was important to ensure a high level of privacy and, since it was possible to install the awnings while the house was being built, we decided to choose Click Zip Ghost, a specially designed Zip-screen model designed for being completely integrated into the window niche. The Click Zip Ghost awnings were chosen for their versatility of use and for the “invisible” effect as they are integrated in the windows without the box and visible guides.
Later, driven by the desire to set up a convivial outdoor area by the pool, the owner decided to install a Varia bioclimatic pergola equipped with a drop awning integrated into the front side, which overlooks the pool and is more exposed to the sun than the other three sides, and RGB LED lighting along the perimeter. Lighting was set in shades of blue to match the colors of the pool and create a glamorous effect.
To complete this valuable project while Varia was being installed, the owner decided to also install six Click Zip 11 awnings coupled in pairs on three windows. The installation was possible, thanks to the use of a special tailormade T-profile.
The overall result is superb and the choice of matt gray paint and the fabric color perfectly match the color of the facades. All the products are perfectly integrated into the architectural context and totally coordinated in the paints and fabrics.
