Project needs
The Hotel National in Rimini needed to protect the front of the building to enable its customers to enjoy the sea view during breakfast. The need was met thanks to the installation of Didue arm awnings with box, a simple design that integrates well with the architecture.
Project features
In Rimini, like all seaside resorts, being able to have breakfast outside looking at the view is one of the demands of the tourists who flock to the hotels during the season. To ensure guests maximum comfort, the Hotel National decided to install a series of arm awnings with box to protect the outdoor seating.
Through the use of five Didue awnings, it was possible to shade an area of seventy square meters and offer shelter to thirty-two seated guests.
In this way, the eight four-seater tables are adequately protected from the sun and light rain. The Didue extending arm awnings are characterized by a compact airtight box: in fact, when the awning is closed, the front fits perfectly into the box ensuring maximum protection from the weather and a minimal and clean design.
In fact thanks to the clean lines, the box is pleasing to the eye and does not interfere with the structure of the facade. The end result has been appreciated by the hotel management, very gratified by receiving the sincere compliments from the first guests who benefited from the Gibus sun awnings.
