Inspired by the timeless beauty of Cala Sant Vicenç, El Vicenç de la Mar is a five-star hotel that embodies the Mediterranean spirit — a delicate balance of elegance, heritage, and landscape. Rising on the site of the former Hostal Mayol, this contemporary retreat pays homage to its roots through natural materials, warm tones, and architecture that breathes with light.
To enhance the connection between indoors and outdoors, seven Joy bioclimatic pergolas by Gibus were installed, creating refined outdoor areas where guests can relax and take in the spectacular views of Cala Sant Vicenç.
The project, curated by Gibus Atelier Innout Mallorca in collaboration with our technical and commercial teams, achieved a seamless integration within the hotel’s architecture.
Equipped with adjustable blades and integrated LED lighting, the paired Joy pergolas offer a flexible, elegant environment that adapts to the rhythm of the day. The Grey RAL 7039 MATT finish — a warm, mineral shade inspired by local stone — blends harmoniously with the building’s materials and the surrounding Mediterranean landscape.
