The careful selection of cladding materials creates a warm, solid and welcoming image, while the absence of external frames meets a precise formal choice, aimed at preserving the purity of the built volumes and the sequence of openings along the façades.
“We chose Click Zip Ghost awnings for several aesthetic and technical reasons. The frame is designed for perfect integration into the building envelope, without neglecting the thermal insulation of the window. The upper box and the lateral guides leave the glass surface completely free to increase the transparency effect. The matt black finish (RAL 9005 sand) is the same as the windows and doors.
The wide selection of Gibus fabrics allowed us to choose the solution best suited to our needs. The textile material (i.e. Screen Soltis) is made of natural and synthetic fibers of different colors, selected to match the palette of the façade and maintain excellent visibility towards the outside, providing the right degree of shielding from the sun’s rays without any annoying reflections.
The awnings are all equipped with an electromechanical drive, silent and reliable, which can be controlled locally by means of a wall switch or operated via remote control, not to mention a smartphone app and home automation system, and it also provides for possibility of programming natural lighting scenarios for the rooms.

Screens Zip
Click Zip are screens for windows, doors, pergolas and glass doors, characterised by the Mag Lock locking system and aluminium guides with zip, which allows optimal sliding of the fabric and guarantees excellent wind resistance.
The season dictates the fabric: shading, blackout or mosquito net for summer, Cristal for winter.
