Design needs:
The owners of Villa Eliana aimed to find the best solution in order to create comfortable and stable coverage, which first of all was wind-resistant, given the frequent winds in that location, in addition it had to guarantee enough light in order to enjoy the sun and the exclusive panorama the Sorrentine Peninsula offers. Apart from that, there was the need to protect from rain and humidity during the numerous events organized in the splendid setting of the terrace of Villa Eliana. The umbrellas previously used were no longer able to carry out these functions. The installation had to be in line with the architecture of the Villa and perfectly integrate with the naturalistic context it is located in.
Project description:
Medisolafly was the best choice, thanks to its scenic impact and performance. Although it offers safety and comfort also due to the Opatex block-out PVC cloth, the structure is discreet. Medisolafly protects and shelters, yet at the same time it welcomes guests in pleasurable moments: cocktail parties, dinners, and various kinds of parties and events.
Due to its extensive surface coverage, about 120 sq.m, the installation of this model required two days of work. Despite that, Medisolafly has proven the best choice in terms of lightness and elegance.
The aesthetic balance and design versatility that come from the Mediterranea line are also preserved in these solutions for large areas, joined with the ease of adding it to many different architectural styles.
