The Gibus Code of Ethics is the instrument that gives the values, rules, commitments and the ethical responsibilities of the company while also providing the guidelines for operating and maintaining relationships with customers, shareholders, employees and collaborators.

The diffusion and application of the principles given in the Code of Ethics and the Organization, Management and Control Pattern pursuant to law Decree 231/2001, of which the Code of Ethics is integral part, are carried out by organizing specific training and information courses.
