GIBUS: PRODUCT MIX, INTERNATIONALISATION, STRUCTURE OPTIMISATION AND COST EFFICIENCY THE 2015-2018 DRIVERS

GIBUS, the Italian brand leader of the high-end outdoor design sector, Innovative SME founded in 1982, began the process of listing its ordinary shares on AIM Italia. The IPO, entirely in capital increase, is aimed exclusively at Italian and foreign institutional and professional investors. Admission is scheduled for 18th June.


Federico Bolcato, Financial Director GIBUS: “The economic and financial results for the 2015-2018 period express the effectiveness of the strategic growth project pursued by the Group. We have improve the research and development team with new, highly specialised professionals and invested over 3% of annual turnover in innovation: the highly innovative solutions introduced on the market and the diversification of outlet channels, with the increase in the sales incidence in Ho.Re.Ca. compared to those in the residential sector, have all enabled us to limit the seasonal effect of more traditional products, guaranteeing greater efficiency in working capital planning and regarding our net financial position."
